I hold an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering, an MBA from IE Business School and a Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.

I am an innovation enthusiast, to which I have devoted most of my entire professional career. In recent years I have been focused on innovation strategy and management. For more than seven years I was responsible for managing and evolving the Lean Elephants intrapreneurship program at Telefónica and mentoring our intrapreneurs. In March 2020 I took the opportunity to move to the Open Innovation area at Telefónica, jumping to the other side of the fence to enter the world of entrepreneurship.

My philosophy: learn something new every day. I am passionate about methodologies, in particular I am a believer and evangelizer of Lean Startup. To disconnect I like to do yoga, fencing and fitboxing, but I also read and enjoy my family.
